　　The company headquarters is located in the beautiful city of springs---Jinan and divided into three departments: R & D center, production base, domestic and international sales department. The R & D center which is the company’s light cavalry has a professional, efficient team with excellent academic spirit. They work seriously, meticulously. Besides the normal research and development and technical transfer, they mainly afford feasible technology project and ensure the stability and technological renovation of the project’s pilotplanttest and production above the pilot scale. We has in-depth cooperation relationship with College of pharmacy; Shandong University, College of Chemistry; Shandong Normal University and Shandong Analysis and Test Center. We also expand cooperation with domestic and overseas science research units widely, pay attention to talents’recruit and training and set up resonable product line in research for the company’s development. Production base is located in Shandong Linyi Development Zone which is a chemical production zone approved by the State. It has good auxiliary infrastructure facilities. The central heating system, sewage concentrating pipr network and sewage treatment plant provide convenience for our regular production. The production base is also the practice base for College of pharmacy; Shandong University and College of Chemistry; Shandong Normal University.The base covers an area of 21000m2, with well-equipped in production facilities and good research environment. It has 60 sets of 50L---3000L TFCF, 3 sets of 100 thousand large calorie/hour refrigerating unit and 800m2 scientific research building with complete experimental apparatus. We have 60 persons’s production team most of which are bachelor degree or above. They ensure the normal production and pilotplanttest transformation of lab project. They also ensure the production quality and win glory for company. Domestic and overseas sales department is a affin, professional and enthusiastic team. Besids developing domestic marking, they also develop overseas marking. Our products are sold to Europe, America, Japan and Southeast Asia and make win-win cooperation relationship with many clients.
